Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy explains how WebXGrid delivers Website-as-a-Service plans — from first contact to launch, ongoing care, cancellations, and refunds.

1. What We Deliver

WebXGrid designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a custom website for your business under a monthly or yearly subscription. Delivery depends on the plan you choose:

  • Standard: up to 5 pages, custom design & copywriting, hosting, SSL, daily backups, on-page SEO + Google listing setup, 2 content updates per month, email support
  • Growth: everything in Standard, plus up to 10 pages, custom logo, Google reviews on site, live chat, directory listings, unlimited minor updates, and priority support
  • Add-ons (optional): Extra Page, Booking Calendar, Online Store, Ads Management, and other quoted extras

2. How to Get Started

Fulfillment begins when you:

  • Book a free strategy call, or
  • Submit a package request selecting Standard or Growth (and optional add-ons)

We typically start the same day once we confirm details and receive the basic intake information (services, service area, logo/photos if available).

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Same-day start: after intake / strategy call confirmation
  • Homepage draft: usually within about 3 business days
  • Live website: typically within about 5–7 business days after we have required content and your review feedback

Timelines may extend if content, approvals, domain access, or third-party credentials are delayed. We will communicate revised dates when that happens.

4. Your Role in Delivery

To fulfill your website on schedule, we need you to:

  • Share accurate business details and any brand assets you already have
  • Review drafts and request changes promptly
  • Provide access to domain, DNS, email, or third-party tools when those are required for launch

If you do not have every asset ready, we will guide you and help fill gaps where possible.

5. Ongoing Service After Launch

After launch, your active subscription continues to cover hosting, maintenance, security basics (SSL/backups as included), and plan-based content updates. Growth plans include priority support and additional lead-generation features as listed on our Pricing page.

6. Changes, Upgrades & Add-ons

You may upgrade from Standard to Growth, request Extra Pages, or add quoted services at any time. New add-ons begin after confirmation and any applicable billing update. Extra work outside your plan may be quoted separately before we begin.

7. Cancellation & Site Files

  • You may cancel according to the terms explained at signup — no long-term lock-in beyond what is clearly stated
  • While your subscription is active, the website remains available for your business
  • After cancellation, hosting and maintenance end at the close of the paid period unless otherwise agreed
  • On request, we can provide site files so you can take your website with you

8. Refunds

Because website design and setup involve custom work, refunds are handled case by case:

  • If we have not started design work after payment, you may request a full refund of that unused period
  • Once design/build work has started or your site is live, subscription fees for the current paid period are generally non-refundable
  • Third-party costs (domains, ads spend, specialty licenses) are non-refundable once purchased
  • If we fail to deliver a material part of the agreed plan without a valid delay cause, contact us and we will work toward a fair remedy (credit, rework, or partial refund where appropriate)

9. Digital Nature of Services

WebXGrid delivers digital services (website design, hosting, and maintenance), not physical goods. There is no shipping. Delivery occurs through published websites, staging links, email, and support communications.
